This study aims to demonstrate the rights violations with their legal, political, and cultural dimensions faced by Kurdish musicians and stage actors who perform their arts mainly in Kurdish, and, by raising aware ness about the violations, to contribute to the development of a civil and democratic cultural policy in which they can perform their art freely.
